Ros began working in Education, having studied at The University of South Wales, Newport, from 1987- 1991. She had a long and successful career as a Primary school teacher for fourteen years and having gained the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers she was a Headteacher for fourteen years.  In 2020 Ros decided upon a career change and became the Practice Manager for Morgan Escott & Company as well as starting her studies to become a Financial Adviser. She has gained her qualification in Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics; Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and is currently completing the final stage of the Diploma for Financial Advisers.  Ros and her husband Martin, have two children, Albert and Annabel who attend school in Monmouth and Trellech respectively. They also have a pet cat named ‘Sugar’ and a pet dog called ‘Striker’ that they all adore.  Ros continues her passion for teaching by providing private tutoring for children. She also runs a musical theatre company and enjoys enabling children to put on a performance. Ros intends to use her many years of teaching experience to help children and teachers learn about the importance of financial education and money management. In her spare time, she enjoys family outings and holidays doing fun things like cycling and camping.
